摘要 目的:快速鉴定经典名方厚朴温中汤合煎与单煎的差异成分。方法:运用超高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间串联质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)技术对厚朴温中汤10批合煎汤剂与10批单煎复合汤剂进行差异性成分鉴定。结果:以偏最小二乘法(OPLS-DA)分析结果VIP值大于2.5为依据从20批汤剂的差异性成分中共鉴定出41个化学成分。差异性成分多为黄酮类成分,主要来源于陈皮、甘草和木香。结论:厚朴温中汤合煎与单煎化学成分存在较大差异,主要差异性物质为黄酮类成分,文献研究表明部分差异特别显著的成分,例如橙皮苷、川陈皮素等是该方治疗胃肠疾病的有效成分。 Objective:To rapidly identify the differential components between combined decoction and simple decoction of Houpo wenzhong decoction.Methods:UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS was used to identify the different components between ten combined decoction samples and ten single decoction samples of Houpo wenzhong decoction.Results:The OPLS-DA method was used to obtain the differential components based on the VIP value greater than 2.5.A total of forty-one compounds were identified.Most of the different components were flavonoids,mainly from Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Aucklandiae Radix.Conclusion:There are great differences in chemical compositions between combined decoction and single decoction of Huopo wenzhong decoction,and the main difference substance is flavonoids.Literature studies show that some of the components with significant differences,such as hesperidin and nobiletin,are effective components of this prescription in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.
