摘要
目的:研究木通科大血藤属大血藤Sargentodoxa cuneata(Oliv.)Rehd.et Wils.干燥藤茎的化学成分。方法:采用甲醇冷浸和70%乙醇加热回流提取大血藤的藤茎,并依次采用等体积的乙酸乙酯、正丁醇进行萃取。采用硅胶柱、ODS柱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱等开放柱和HPLC、UPLC和制备型HPLC等色谱技术对其进行分离和纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从大血藤干燥藤茎的乙酸乙酯部位中分得24个化合物,分别鉴定为:红景天苷(1)、表儿茶素(2)、胡萝卜苷(3)、原儿茶酸(4)、原儿茶酸甲酯(5)、香草酸(6)、草夹竹桃苷(7)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸乙酯(8)、咖啡酸(9)、酪醇(10)、羟基酪醇(11)、对香豆酸甲酯(12)、丁香酸葡萄糖苷(13)、3,4-二羟基苯乙醇葡萄糖苷(14)、阿魏酸(15)、咖啡酸甲酯(16)、对羟基苯甲酸(17)、N-反式对香豆酰酪胺(18)、5-羟基麦芽酚(19)、紫丁香-4,4′-二-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(20)、2-羟基-丁二酸-1-甲酯(21)、儿茶素(22)、2-异丙基-1-苯并呋喃-5-羧酸(23)、香草乙酮(24)。结论:其中,化合物8、12、16、19、21、23为首次从大血藤属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constitutes from the rattans of Sargentodoxa cuneata.Methods:The rattans of Sargentodoxa cuneata were extracted by methanol cold leaching and 70%ethanol heating reflux,followed by ethyl acetate,n-butanol.The silica gel column,ODS column,Sephadex LH-20 gel and other open columns and HPLC,UPLC and preparative HPLC were used to analyze,isolate and purify.The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:A total of 24 compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the rattans of Sargentodoxa cuneata and identified as salidroside(1),epicatechin(2),daucosterol(3),protocatechuic acid(4),methyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate(5),vanillic acid(6),androsin(7),ethyl protocatechuate(8),caffeic acid(9),tyrosol(10),hydroxytyrosol(11),methyl 4-hydroxycinnamate(12),glucosyringic acid(13),2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-ethyl-O-β-D-glucoside(14),ferulic acid(15),methyl caffeate(16),4-hydroxybenzoic acid(17),N-p-trans-coumaroyltyramine(18),5-hydroxymaltol(19),syringaresinol-4,4′-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(20),2-hydroxy-butandioic acid-1-methylester(21),catechin(22),2-isopropenyl-1-benzofuran-5-carboxylic acid(23),acetovanillone(24),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 8,12,16,19,21 and 23 are isolated from Sargentodoxa genus for the first time.
