摘要
目的:对草珊瑚地上部分的化学成分进行研究。方法:运用硅藻土、大孔吸附树脂和硅胶柱色谱等多种色谱技术对草珊瑚地上部分的乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,并应用波谱学方法(MS、NMR)鉴定化合物结构。结果:从草珊瑚地上部分中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为:istanbulin A(1)、cycloshizukaol A(2)、guaianediol(3)、异嗪皮啶(4)、scopoletin(5)、伞形花内酯(6)、8-甲氧基-6,7-亚甲二氧基香豆素(7)、6,7-二甲氧基香豆素(8)、对羟基苯甲酸(9)、原儿茶酸(10)、7-羟基-5,8-二甲氧基二氢黄酮(11)、杜仲树脂酚(12)、表松脂醇(13)和3,3′-bis(3,4-dihydro-4-hydroxy-6-methoxy-2H-1-benzopyran)(14)。结论:其中,化合物3、6、7和11~14为首次从草珊瑚中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Sarcandra glabra.Methods:Diatomite,macroporous adsorption resin,silica gel column chromatography and other methods were used to isolate and purify the ethanol extract of the aerial parts of Sarcandra glabra,the structures of the isolated compounds were identified by spectroscopy(MS and NMR)method.Results:Fourteen compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Sarcandra glabra and identified as istanbulin A(1),cycloshizukaol A(2),guaianediol(3),isofraxidin(4),scopoletin(5),umbelliferone(6),8-methoxy-6,7-methylenedioxycoumarin(7),6,7-dimethoxycoumarin(8),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(9),protocatechuic acid(10),7-hydroxy-5,8-dimethoxyflavanone(11),medioresinol(12),epipinoresinol(13),3,3′-bis(3,4-dihydro-4-hydroxy-6-methoxy-2 H-1-benzopyran)(14),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 3,6,7,11 to 14 are isolated from Sarcandra glabra for the first time.
