基于多产地及多模型的锁阳有效成分与无机元素相关性研究 被引量:3

Study on Correlation between Active Ingredients and Inorganic Elements of Cynomorii Herba Based on Multiple Producing Areas and Multiple Models

摘要 目的:探讨锁阳有效成分含量与无机元素含量的相关性。方法:采集甘肃、内蒙古、新疆、青海、宁夏等5个省(区)的12个市(州/区/旗)的66批锁阳样品,测定并比较锁阳中5种有效成分含量和19种无机元素含量,建立Pearson相关分析、典型相关分析(CCA)、逐步回归分析(SREG)等多种数学模型,探索锁阳19种无机元素与5种有效成分的相关性。结果:锁阳中有效成分含量从高到低依次为总多糖、儿茶素、总黄酮、没食子酸、原儿茶酸;无机元素含量从高到低依次为K、Na、Mg、Ca、Fe、Zn、Mn、Sr、Cu、Ti、Co、Pb、Ba、Ni、Cr、As、Ag、Cd、Hg,各产地锁阳中重金属及有害元素含量均未超过现行标准。相关性分析表明,Pb、Na元素与锁阳多糖呈正相关,K、Cd、Hg元素与多糖呈负相关;Sr、Ni元素与锁阳黄酮呈正相关,Fe元素与黄酮呈负相关;Mn、Cr元素与原儿茶酸呈负相关;Mn元素与儿茶素呈负相关;呈正相关的元素在锁阳中富集越多,越能够促进相应有效成分的生物合成与含量积累,而呈负相关则相反。结论:初步阐明了锁阳中19种无机元素对5种有效成分的生物合成及含量富集的影响,为锁阳有效成分及有益矿质元素的富集研究,重金属及有害元素的避害研究,锁阳的种植培育、综合开发利用及安全使用等提供了科学依据。 Objective:To explore the correlation between the active ingredients of Cynomorii Herba and inorganic element.Methods:66 batches of Cynomorii Herba samples from 12 cities(prefectures/districts/flags)in 5 provinces(regions),including Gansu,Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang,Qinghai,Ningxia were collected.The contents of 5 active ingredients and 19 inorganic elements in Cynomorii Herba were determined and compared.The models of Pearson correlation analysis,canonical correlation analysis(CCA),stepwise regression analysis(SREG)were established to explore the correlation between 19 inorganic elements and 5 active ingredients.Results:The content of active ingredients in Cynomorii Herba was in the order of total polysaccharides,catechin,total flavonoids,gallic acid,protocatechuic acid,and the content of inorganic elements was in the order of K,Na,Mg,Ca,Fe,Zn,Mn,Sr,Cu,Ti,Co,Pb,Ba,Ni,Cr,As,Ag,Cd,Hg.The content of heavy metals and harmful elements in Cynomorii Herba from various producing areas did not exceed relevant standards.Correlation analysis showed that there was positive correlation between Pd,Na and polysaccharide,negative correlation between K,Cd,Hg and polysaccharide,positive correlation between Sr,Ni and flavonoids,negative correlation between Fe and flavonoids,negative correlation between Mn,Cr and protocatechuic acid,and negative correlation between Mn and catechin.The more positive correlation elements were enriched in Cynomorii Herba,the more it could promote the biosynthesis and content accumulation of the corresponding active components,while the negative phase was on the contrary.Conclusion:This study preliminarily clarifies the influence of 19 inorganic elements on the biosynthesis and content enrichment of 5 active ingredients in Cynomorii Herba,and provides references for the study on the enrichment of the active ingredients and beneficial mineral elements,the study on the avoidance of heavy metals and harmful elements,and the cultivation,comprehensive development,utilization and safe use of Cynomorii Herba.
