摘要
目的:观察鄂西主要经济树种枝条对蜜环菌生长的影响,为无伐栽培天麻寻找适宜的替代菌材。方法:以鄂西产量丰富的几种经济树种湖北海棠Malus hupehensis(Pamp.)Rehd.、茶Camellia sinensis(L.)O.Ktze.、核桃Juglans regia L.、贴梗海棠Chaenomeles speciosa(Sweet)Nakai.、桑Morus alba L.的废弃枝条作为替代菌材,白栎Quercus fabri Hance木材为对照,在培养瓶中定量接种同种蜜环菌,测定漆酶活力,多糖、总萜和甘露醇的含量。以乌红杂交天麻Gastrodia elata f.elata×glauca为种麻,进行仿野生栽培试验。结果:湖北海棠、茶和核桃等多种植物的废弃枝条可作为替代菌材,其中湖北海棠替代效果最好,各项测定指标数值与白栎相近,仿野生栽培试验结果显示湖北海棠枝条为菌材栽培的天麻产量和质量良好。结论:可用湖北海棠、茶、核桃等植物的枝条作为天麻栽培替代菌材,为天麻无伐栽培技术、保护生态环境提供了依据。
Objective:To observe the influence of the branches of the main economic tree species in western Hubei on the growth of Armillaria mellea,and to find a suitable materials for the cultivation of Gastrodia elata without felling.Methods:The waste branches of several economic tree species(Malus hupehensis,Camellia sinensis,Juglans regia,Chaenomeles speciosa,Morus alba)with abundant yields in western Hubei were used as substitute materials,and the wood of Quercus fabri was used as the control.The same species of Armillaria mellea were inoculated quantitatively in culture flasks,the laccase activity and polysaccharides,terpenes and mannitol contents were measured.The Gastrodia elata f.elata×glauca was used as object for imitating wild cultivation experiments.Results:The waste branches of Malus hupehensis,Camellia sinensis,Juglans regia and other plants could be used as substitute materials.Among them,the waste branches of Malus hupehensis had the best substitution effect.The measured index values were similar to those of the wood of Quercus fabri.The imitating wild cultivation test results showed that the Gastrodia elata with Malus hupehensis branches as cultivation material had the higher yield and quality.Conclusion:The branches of Malus hupehensis,Camellia sinensis,Juglans regia and other plants can be used as substitute materials for cultivation of Gastrodia elata,which provides a basis for the cultivation technology of non-felling Gastrodia elata and the protection of ecological environment.
