Effects of Different Feeding Methods on the Growth and Internal Quality of Eupolyphaga sinensis

摘要 目的:研究不同饲喂方式对地鳖生长及药材品质的影响,为地鳖生产标准操作规程的制订提供依据。方法:将待采收地鳖分别以无基质禁食、有基质禁食、有基质喂食处理3天、7天。观察地鳖消化道食物残渣分布,测定其生长指标、内在品质、黄曲霉毒素含量。结果:禁食后地鳖在无基质条件下3天、有基质下7天排空消化道食物残渣。处理3天后各组地鳖存活率无明显差异,但处理7天后,禁食组地鳖存活率和特定生长率显著降低(P<0.05)。禁食组土鳖虫蛋白质、多糖、粗脂肪含量均显著降低(P<0.05);无基质禁食组总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、黄曲霉毒素含量最低(P<0.05),其中无基质禁食3天组浸出物含量、抗凝血酶活性和溶纤活性最高(P<0.05)。结论:地鳖在无基质条件下禁食3天,在不影响产量前提下能增加浸出物含量,降低总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、黄曲霉毒素含量,提高抗凝血酶活性和溶纤活性。 Objective:To study the effects of different feeding methods on the growth and quality of Eupolyphaga sinensis,so as to provide basis for the formulation of standard operating procedures for Eupolyphaga sinensis production.Methods:The Eupolyphaga sinensis were treated with the fasted without substrate,fasted with substrate and fed with substrate for three days and seven days,respectively.The distribution of food residue in digestive tract of Eupolyphaga sinensis was observed,the growth index,internal quality and aflatoxin content were determined.Results:After fasting,the food residue in digestive tract was drained for three days without substrate and seven days with substrate.After three days of treatment,there was no significant difference in survival rate among all groups,but after seven days of treatment,survival rate and specific growth rate of Eupolyphaga sinensis in fasting group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The contents of Eupolyphaga Steleophaga protein,polysaccharide and crude fat in fasting group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The ash,acid-insoluble ash and aflatoxin contents were the lowest in fasting without substrate group(P<0.05),while extract content,antithrombin activity and fibrinolytic activity were the highest in fasting without substrate for three days(P<0.05).Conclusion:After three days of fasting without substrate,it can increase the extract content,reduce the total ash,acid-insoluble ash,aflatoxin contents and improve the anticoagulant activity and fibrinolytic activity in Eupolyphaga sinensis without affecting the yield.
