Chemical Constituents from the Whole Herb of Aster lingulatus

目的:研究菊科紫菀属植物舌叶紫菀Aster lingulatus Franch.的化学成分。方法:通过多种柱色谱技术对舌叶紫菀中的化学成分进行分离与纯化,运用不同的波谱方法及相关文献资料对所得的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从舌叶紫菀中分离纯化了25个化合物,分别鉴定为:正十八烷(1)、木栓酮(2)、friedelan-4-α-methyl-3β-OH(3)、正三十烷醇(4)、紫菀酮(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、豆甾醇(7)、菜油甾醇(8)、对羟基苯甲酸(9)、芦丁(10)、山柰酚(11)、异槲皮苷(12)、槲皮素(13)、芹菜素(14)、夏佛塔苷(15)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(16)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(17)、山柰酚-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(18)、5-咖啡酰奎尼酸(19)、绿原酸(20)、3,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(21)、3,4-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(22)、4,5-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(23)、4-咖啡酰奎宁酸(24)、3-O-反式阿魏酰基奎宁酸(25)。结论:化合物1~25均为首次从舌叶紫菀中分离得到。

Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the whole herb of Aster lingulatus.Methods:The chemical constituents from the whole herb of Aster lingulatus were isolated and purified by various column chromatography techniques.These compounds were identified by different spectral methods and related literatures.Results:Twenty-five compounds were isolated from the whole herb of Aster lingulatus and identified as n-octadecane(1),xylonenone(2),friedelan-4-α-methyl-3β-OH(3),n-triacontanol(4),shionone(5),β-sitosterol(6),stigmasterol(7),campesterol(8),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(9),rutin(10),kaempferol(11),isoquercitrin(12),quercetin(13),apigenin(14),schaftoside(15),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide(16),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside(17),kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(18),5-caffeoylquinic acid(19),chlorogenic acid(20),3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid(21),3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid(22),4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid(23),4-caffeoylquinic acid(24),3-O-trans-feruloylquinic acid(25),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 1 to 25 are isolated from Aster lingulatus for the first time.
