摘要
目的:研究竹叶柴胡Bupleurum marginatum Wall.ex DC.的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱和高效液相等色谱方法对竹叶柴胡进行分离纯化,根据理化常数测定及波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从竹叶柴胡95%乙醇提取物中分离得到19个化合物,分别鉴定为:(E)-十五烷-8-烯-4,6-二炔-1,2,3,10-四醇(1)、柴胡皂苷a(2)、柴胡皂苷d(3)、臭矢菜素A(4)、二氢红花菜豆酸(5)、槲皮素-3-芸香糖苷(6)、isorhamnetin-3-O-[α-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-glucopyranoside](7)、saikochromoside A(8)、去甲丁香色原酮(9)、柴胡色原酮(10)、异芩皮素(11)、4,5-二甲氧基-7-甲基香豆素(12)、2,3-二羟基-1-(4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯基)-1-丙酮(13)、2,3-二羟基-1-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-1-丙酮(14)、天师酸(15)、vanillamide(16)、3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(17)、香草酸(18)、对羟基苯甲酸(19)。结论:其中,化合物1为新的聚炔类化合物,化合物4~6、9、11~16、19为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the herb of Bupleurum marginatum.Methods:The chemical constituents from the herb of Bupleurum marginatum were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and HPLC.Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Results:Nineteen compounds were isolated from 95%ethanol extract of the herb of Bupleurum marginatum and identified as(E)-pentadeca-8-en-4,6-diyne-1,2,3,10-tetraol(1),saikosaponin a(2),saikosaponin d(3),cleomiscosin A(4),dihydrophaseic acid(5),quercetin-3-rutinoside(6),isorhamnetin-3-O-[α-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-glucopyranoside](7),saikochromoside A(8),noreugenin(9),saikochromone A(10),isofraxidin(11),4,5-dimethoxyl-7-methyl-coumarin(12),2,3-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(13),2,3-dihydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-propan-1-one(14),tianshic acid(15),vanillamide(16),3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde(17),vanillic acid(18),p-hydroxyl-benzoic acid(19),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compound 1 is a new polyacetylene compound,compounds 4 to 6,9,11 to 16,19 are isolated from Bupleurum genus for the first time.
