灯盏花不同部位水浸提液自毒作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探究灯盏花是否存在自毒作用及自毒作用与连作障碍的关系,为缓解灯盏花连作障碍提供理论依据。方法:采用室内离体生测法,设置灯盏花根、茎和叶水浸提液各0、0.05、0.10、0.15 g/mL浓度,研究其对灯盏花种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果:灯盏花根、茎、叶的水浸提液对灯盏花种子萌发和幼苗生长有较强的抑制作用,且抑制作用随水浸提液浓度的增加而增强;灯盏花各部位水浸提液的化感作用强弱顺序为:叶>根>茎。幼苗活力指数、发芽指数和发芽势对水浸提液比其他指标更为敏感。结论:灯盏花均有较强的自毒作用,且自毒作用随浓度的增加而增强,灯盏花自毒作用是造成连作障碍的原因之一。 Objective:To investigate the autotoxicity of Erigeron breviscapus and the relationship between autotoxicity and continuous cropping disorder,so as to provide theoretical basis for relieving continuous cropping disorder of Erigeron breviscapus.Methods:The effects of water extracts(0,0.05,0.10,0.15 g/mL)of roots,stems and leaves on seed germination and seedling growth of Erigeron breviscapus were studied by indoor in vitro assay.Results:The water extracts of roots,stems and leaves of Erigeron breviscapus had a strong inhibitory effect on seed germination and seedling growth,and the inhibitory effect increased with the increase of water extract concentration.The order of allelopathy of water extracts from different parts of Erigeron breviscapus was leaves>roots>stems.The seedling vigor index,germination index and germination potential were more sensitive to water extract than other indexes.Conclusion:Erigeron breviscapus has strong autotoxicity,and the autotoxicity enhances with the increase of concentration.The autotoxicity of Erigeron breviscapus is one of the causes of continuous cropping disorder.
