基于多指标优化龙骨安神酒提取工艺及抗氧化活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:优化龙骨安神酒提取工艺并考察其抗氧化活性。方法:以朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷、补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的含量及干膏率为评价指标,以AHP-熵权法计算权重系数,多指标综合评分结合Box-Behnken响应面法考察基酒度数、液料比、提取时间对龙骨安神酒质量的影响;并进行体外抗氧化活性试验。结果:确定的最佳提取工艺条件为:基酒度数50度、液料比6∶1(mL/g)、提取2次,每次2 h;抗氧化结果表明龙骨安神酒提取液有较强清除DPPH·自由基、ABTS;自由基、超氧阴离子的能力及较好的还原能力。结论:基于多指标综合优选的龙骨安神酒提取工艺科学合理、稳定可行,此工艺得到的龙骨安神酒具有较强的抗氧化能力。 Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Longgu anshen liquor and investigate its antioxidant activity.Methods:The contens of epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C,icariin,psoralen,isopsoralen and extraction rate were used as evaluation indexes,the weight coefficient of each component was evaluated by AHP-entropy weight method.The effects of ethanol concentration,ratio of liquid to solid and extraction time on the quality of Longgu anshen liquor were investigate by multi-index comprehensive scoring combined with Box-Behnken response surface method.And the antioxidant activity was tested in vitro.Results:The optimal extraction technology was as follows,ethanol concentration was 50%,ratio of liquid to solid was 6∶1(mL/g)and extraction two times,each time two hours.The antioxidant results showed that the extract of Longgu anshen liquor had strong scavenging ability of DPPH·radical,ABTS;radical and superoxide anion and the restoration ability was good.Conclusion:The extraction process of Longgu anshen liquor based on multi-index optimization is scientific,reasonable,stable and feasible,and the Longgu anshen liquor obtained by this process has strong antioxidant ability.
