摘要 目的:研究牛蒡Arctium lappa L.根的化学成分。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱以及半制备型HPLC等多种色谱分离技术进行分离纯化。并采用核磁共振等现代波谱学技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从牛蒡根70%乙醇提取物中分离得到21个化合物,分别鉴定为:1,5-二咖啡酰-3-苹果酰甲酯奎尼酸(1)、1,5-二咖啡酰-3-琥珀酰甲酯奎尼酸(2)、3,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸甲酯(3)、1,3,5-三咖啡酰奎尼酸(4)、1,3-二咖啡酰-5-(2-咖啡酰-4-苹果酰)-奎尼酸(5)、3,4-二咖啡酰奎尼酸甲酯(6)、4,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸甲酯(7)、3,4-二咖啡酰奎尼酸(8)、3,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸(9)、1,3-二咖啡酰奎尼酸(10)、1,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸(11)、绿原酸甲酯(12)、3-咖啡酰奎尼酸(13)、4-咖啡酰奎尼酸(14)、5-咖啡酰奎尼酸(15)、胡萝卜苷(16)、咖啡酸(17)、原儿茶醛(18)、1,6-己内酰胺(19)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(20)、1,1′,1″,1‴,1″″-三十碳内五酰胺(21)。结论:其中,化合物4、5为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物10、14、15、18、19、21为首次从牛蒡中分离得到。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Arctium lappa.Methods:Macroporous adsorption resin column chromatography,silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC were used for isolation and purification.The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR and other modern spectroscopic techniques.Results:Twenty-one compounds were isolated from the 70%ethanol extract of the roots of Arctium lappa and identified as 1,5-dicaffeoyl-3-malylmethyl quinic acid(1),1,5-dicaffeoyl-3-succinylmethyl quinic acid(2),3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(3),1,3,5-tri-O-caffeoyl quinic acid(4),1,3-di-O-caffeoyl-5-O-(2-O-caffeoyl-4-maloyl)-quinic acid(5),3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(6),4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(7),3,4-dicaffeoylquinic acid(8),3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid(9),1,3-dicaffeoylquinic acid(10),1,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid(11),methyl chlorogenic acid(12),3-caffeoylquinic acid(13),4-caffeoylquinic acid(14),5-caffeoylquinic acid(15),daucosterol(16),caffeic acid(17),protocatechualdehyde(18),1,6-caprolactam(19),dibutyl phthalate(20),1,1′,1″,1‴,1″″-thirty carbon lactam(21),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 4 and 5 are isolated from Arctium genus for the first time,compounds 10,14,15,18,19,21 are isolated from Arctium lappa for the first time.
