摘要
目的:探究不同遮阴度处理下箭叶淫羊藿优良品种“黔藿1号”生长及产质量的变化特性,旨在筛选其适宜的遮阴度,为其大田栽培提供指导。方法:以“黔藿1号”实生苗为试验材料,对不同遮阴度处理下(50%、60%、70%、80%、90%)“黔藿1号”的生长及产质量进行测定,并进行综合评价。结果:在遮阴度为50%时,“黔藿1号”植株的分枝数、叶片数、根茎数量、根茎长、叶面积、叶片鲜/干重、根茎鲜/干重、须根鲜/干重、叶片总黄酮和总黄酮醇苷含量、总黄酮醇苷总产量和叶片产值均为最大值,分别为10.00枝、23.33片、10.10枝、11.77 cm、492.48 cm^(2)/株、207.00 g/m^(2)、84.45 g/m^(2)、407.07 g/m^(2)、132.66 g/m^(2)、365.15 g/m^(2)、86.09 g/m^(2)、11.71%、8.69%、14.18 g/m^(2)和6.76元/m^(2)。结论:从总黄酮醇苷总产量和叶片产值考虑,人工栽培过程中可采用50%遮阴度,以提高“黔藿1号”药材的产量和质量。
Objective:To explore the variation characteristics of growth,yield and quality of"Qianhuo No.1",an excellent variety of Epimedium sagittatum,under different shading degrees,so as to screen suitable shading degree and provide guidance for its field cultivation.Methods:The seedlings of"Qianhuo No.1"served as the test material,the growth,yield and quality of"Qianhuo No.1"under different shade treatments,namely 50%,60%,70%,80%,90%,were measured and evaluated comprehensively.Results:The numbers of branches,leaves and rhizomes,rhizome length,leaf area,the ratios of fresh weight to dry weight of leaves,rhizome and fibrous root,the contents of total flavonoids and total flavonol glycosides in leaves,the total yield of total flavonol glycosides and leaf output value of"Qianhuo No.1"plants were all the maximum under the shading degree of 50%,which were 10.00 sticks,23.33 slices,10.10 sticks,11.77 cm,492.48 cm^(2)per plant,207.00 g/m^(2),84.45 g/m^(2),407.07 g/m^(2),132.66 g/m^(2),365.15 g/m^(2),86.09 g/m^(2),11.71%,8.69%,14.18 g/m^(2)and 6.76 yuan per square meter.Conclusion:Considering the total yield of total flavonol glycosides and leaf output value,50%shading can be used in the process of artificial cultivation to improve the yield and quality of"Qianhuo No.1".
