基于GC-MS法鉴别龙涎香真伪的研究

摘要 目的:筛选并确定龙涎香的特征成分,建立快速鉴定中药龙涎香真伪的方法。方法:采用GC-MS法对正品龙涎香低极性成分进行分析,建立正品GC-MS色谱图,确定龙涎香的特征成分,并利用所建方法对31批次龙涎香疑似品进行鉴定。结果:正品龙涎香可与质谱谱库匹配(≥85%)的化学成分共10种,筛选出龙涎香的特征成分共6个,其中龙涎香醇(ambrein)和胆甾烷醇(cholestanone)为真伪鉴别的关键成分。31批龙涎香疑似品的实测结果为正品3批,伪品28批。结论:该方法能够准确鉴定龙涎香真伪品,并具有可行性强,灵敏度高、样品损耗低等特点。 Objective:To screen and determine the characteristic components of Ambergris and establish a method of quickly identify the authenticity of Ambergris.Methods:The low-polarity chemical constituents of Ambergris were analyzed by GC-MS method,the specific spectrogram of Ambergris was established,and characteristic components of Ambergris were confirmed.The established method was used to analyze 31 batches of suspected Ambergris.Results:There were 10 kinds of chemical components of Ambergris that could be matched with the mass spectrometry(matching degrees were 85%or higher),and a total of 6 characteristics compounds of Ambergris were screened.Among them,ambrein and cholestanone were the key components in the authenticity identification of Ambergris.The measured results of 31 batches of suspected ambergris products were 3 genuine ones and 28 spurious ones.Conclusion:The method can accurately identify the authenticity of Ambergris,and has the characteristics of strong feasibility,high sensitivity,low sample loss.
