摘要
目的:研究熏倒牛Biebersteinia heterostemon Maxim.的化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱手段进行分离纯化,并通过^(1)H、^(13)C-NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从熏倒牛全草中共分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(1)、erythro-4,7,9,9′-tetrahydroxy-3,3′,5′-trimethoxy-8-O-4′-neolignan(2)、threo-4,7,9,9′-tetrahydroxy-3,3′,5′-trimethoxy-8-O-4′-neolignan(3)、伞形花内酯(4)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5)、2,3-dihydro-2-(4′-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3′-methoxy-phenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-5-(3-hydroxypropyl)-7-methoxybenzofuran(6)、hypolaetin-8,3′-dime(7)、茵芋苷(8)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(9)、(6S,9S)-roseoside(10)、hedyotisol A(11)。结论:除化合物4、9外,其余化合物为首次从熏倒牛属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Biebersteinia heterostemon whole herb.Methods:The chemical constituents of Biebersteinia heterostemon whole herb were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods.The structures were identified by^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR and other spectral techniques.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated from Biebersteinia heterostemon whole herb and identified as dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(1),erythro-4,7,9,9′-tetrahydroxy-3,3′,5′-trimethoxy-8-O-4′-neolignan(2),threo-4,7,9,9′-tetrahydroxy-3,3′,5′-trimethoxy-8-O-4′-neolignan(3),umbelliferone(4),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(5),2,3-dihydro-2-(4′-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3′-methoxy-phenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-5-(3-hydroxypropyl)-7-methoxybenzofuran(6),hypolaetin-8,3′-dime(7),skimmin(8),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(9),(6S,9S)-roseoside(10),hedyotisol A(11),respectively.Conclusion:Except for compounds 4,9,other compounds are isolated from Biebersteinia genus for the first time.
