摘要
目的:分析不同产地丹参药材化学成分的差异,探讨不同环境对丹参化学成分合成积累的影响。方法:采用超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间串联质谱(UPLC-QTOF-MS)测定不同产地丹参样品的质谱数据;原始数据经过MS-DIAL软件处理后,通过SIMCA-P 14.1软件,依次进行主成分分析(PCA)和偏最小二乘法-判别分析(PLS-DA),结合SPSS 22.0软件单向方差分析,筛选并鉴定不同产地丹参差异化学成分,同时进行半定量分析。结果:不同产地丹参样品的化学组成差异明显;初步筛选出144个离子,共鉴定出22个差异化学成分,含有酚酸类成分12个,丹参酮类成分10个,且22个差异化学成分呈现不同的变化规律。结论:该研究为丹参优势资源筛选以及丹参药材品质形成的机制提供了参考依据。
Objective:To analyze the differences of the compounds in Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma from different producing areas,to investigate the effects of different environments on the synthesis and accumulation of compounds in Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.Methods:The mass spectrometry data of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma were acquired by UPLC-QTOF-MS.After the original data were processed by MS-DIAL software,principal component analysis(PCA)and partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)were performed by SIMCA-P 14.1 software and one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA)by SPSS 22.0 software was used to screen and identify the different compounds of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma from different producing areas.Semi-quantitative analysis was conducted.Results:The chemical compositions of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma samples from different producing areas were different obviously.A total of 144 ions were screened out,and 22 different compounds were identified,including 12 phenolic acids and 10 tanshinones,and the 22 different compounds showed different change rules.Conclusion:This study provides a reference for the selection of advantageous resources and the mechanism of quality formation of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.
