摘要
目的:基于辽宁省本溪市溪湖区中药资源普查工作,了解目前溪湖区药用植物资源整体概况,为药材资源开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采用样地调查法对本溪市溪湖区药用植物资源开展调查,应用层次分析法构建重点药材资源开发利用评价模型,并根据综合评分将药材资源分为不同等级。结果:本溪市溪湖区共有药用植物503种,隶属96科302属,重点药材30种;药材资源按照综合评分划分为3个等级,关黄柏、黄芪、远志、玉竹划分至Ⅰ级,白鲜皮、西洋参、防风等18种药材划分至Ⅱ级,北豆根、山楂、马兜铃等8种药材划分至Ⅲ级。结论:辽宁省本溪市溪湖区植物资源丰富,构建的药材资源开发利用模型科学合理,可优先选择关黄柏、黄芪、远志、玉竹药材资源开发利用。
Objective:To understand the overall situation of medicinal plant resources in Xihu district based on the survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources in Xihu district of Benxi city,Liaoning province,so as to provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of medicinal materials resources.Methods:The method of sample plot was adopted to investigate the medicinal plant resources in Xihu district of Benxi city.Analytic hierarchy process was used to construct the evaluation model of development and utilization of key medicinal materials resources,and the medicinal materials were divided into different ranks according to the comprehensive score.Results:There were 503 species of medicinal plants in Xihu district of Benxi city,belonging to 96 families and 302 genera,and 30 species of key medicinal materials.The medicinal materials resources,in accordance with the comprehensive score were divided into three grades,Phellodendron amurense,Astragalus membranaceus,Polygala tenuifolia and Polygonatum odoratum into Ⅰ level,18 kinds of medicinal materials,such as Dictamnus dasycarpus,Panax quinquefolium,Saposhnikovia divaricata into Ⅱ level,8 kinds of medicinal materials,such as Menispermum dauricum,Crataegus pinnatifida,Aristolochia contorta into Ⅲ level.Conclusion:Xihu district of Benxi city,Liaoning province is rich in plant resources,and the constructed model of development and utilization of medicinal materials resources is scientific and reasonable.Prioritization can be given to the development and utilization of medicinal materials resources,such as Phellodendron amurense,Astragalus membranaceus,Polygala tenuifolia and Polygonatum odoratum.
