摘要 目的:研究白鹤藤Argyreia aceta Lour.的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、大孔吸附树脂、ODS柱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶、制备液相等色谱方法对其化学成分进行分离,并根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从白鹤藤中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:东莨菪苷(1)、薯蓣次苷B(2)、diosgenyl-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucoside(3)、6′-O-acetylscopolin(4)、东莨菪内酯(5)、山柰酚-4′,7-二甲醚(6)、鼠李秦素(7)、鼠李柠檬素(8)、商陆黄素(9)、异槲皮苷(10)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)、银锻苷(12)。结论:其中,化合物2~12为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the stems and leaves of Argyreia acuta.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel,macroporous adsorption resin,ODS column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative-liquid chromatography,their structures were identified according to physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated from the stems and leaves of Argyreia acuta and identified as scopolamine(1),diosgenin B(2),diosgenyl-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucoside(3),6′-O-acetylscopolin(4),scopoletin(5),kaempferol-4′,7-dimethyl ether(6),rhamnetin(7),rhamnocitrin(8),phytolacin(9),isoquercitrin(10),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),polyglycoside(12),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 2 to 12 are isolated from Argyreia acuta for the first time.
