摘要 目的:研究钩毛茜草Rubia oncotricha Hand.-Mazz.的化学成分。方法:运用正反相硅胶、D-101大孔树脂、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶与Toyopearl HW-40F凝胶等柱色谱法进行分离纯化,并通过NMR及MS技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从钩毛茜草乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离纯化得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:rubiprasin A(1)、burselignan(2)、2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-(2-hydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxo-1-propanol(3)、lirioresinol A(4)、落叶松脂醇(5)、acetylwikstresinol(6)、大黄素(7)、大黄素甲醚(8)、甘草素(9)、9-acetoxyisolariciresinol(10)、(+)-isolariciresinol(11)、2-exo,3-endo-camphanediol(12)、(-)-(7R,8S)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(13)。结论:以上13个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中,化合物3、6、10、12、13为首次从茜草属植物中分离得到。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the roots and rhizomes of Rubia oncotricha.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by using a combination of various chromatographic techniques,including silica gel,D-101 macroporous adsorptive resins,Sephadex LH-20,Toyopearl HW-40 F and others.Their structures were identified by NMR,MS.Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated and purified from the ethyl acetate extraction of the roots and rhizomes of Rubia oncotricha and identified as rubiprasin A(1),burselignan(2),2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-(2-hydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxo-1-propanol(3),lirioresinol A(4),lariciresinol(5),acetylwikstresinol(6),emodin(7),physcion(8),liquiritigenin(9),9-acetoxyisolariciresinol(10),(+)-isolariciresinol(11),2-exo,3-endo-camphanediol(12),(-)-(7R,8S)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol(13),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 1 to 13 are isolated from Rubia oncotricha for the first time.Among them,compounds 3,6,10,12,13 are isolated from Rubia genus for the first time.
