基于多指标成分含量测定的诃子和绒毛诃子质量分析 被引量:5

Quality Analysis of the Fruits of Terminalia chebula and Terminalia chebula var.tomentella Based on Multi-index Component Content Determination

摘要 目的:建立不同基原诃子(诃子和绒毛诃子)中诃子次酸、没食子酸、柯里拉京、诃子鞣酸及诃子酸5个成分含量测定方法,为诃子药材的质量评价提供依据。方法:采用Waters Cortecs T3 C_(18)(150 mm×2.1 mm,1.6μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速为0.35 mL/min;检测波长为270 nm;柱温为30℃;进样量为1μL。采用SPSS 20.0、SIMCA-P 14.1软件对数据进行分析。结果:诃子中诃子鞣酸的平均含量最高,为76.73 mg/g,绒毛诃子中诃子次酸的平均含量最高,为23.75 mg/g。聚类分析、主成分分析及偏最小二乘判别分析结果显示2种基原的药材可明显分为2类,偏最小二乘判别分析结果确定其主要差异成分为诃子鞣酸和诃子酸。结论:该研究建立的方法简便、准确,可为不同基原诃子药材的质量控制提供分析方法和参考依据。 Objective:To establish a method for the content determination of chebulic acid,gallic acid,corilagin,chebulagic acid and chebulinic acid in Chebulae Fructus with different bases of the original(Terminalia chebula and Terminalia chebula var.tomentella),so as to provide basis for the quality evaluation of Chebulae Fructus.Methods:Using Water Cortecs T3 C_(18)(150 mm×2.1 mm,1.6μm)column,acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid solution was used as mobile phase with gradient elution,flow rate was 0.35 mL/min,detection wavelength was 270 nm,column temperature was 30℃,injection volume was 1μL;SPSS 20.0 and SIMCA-P 14.1 software were used for data analysis.Results:The average content of chebulagic acid in Terminalia chebula fruit was the highest,which was 76.73 mg/g,the average content of chebulic acid in Terminalia chebula var.tomentella fruit was the highest,which was 23.75 mg/g.The results of cluster analysis,principal component analysis and partial least square discriminant analysis showed that the medicinal materials of two origins could be clearly divided into two categories.Partial least squares discriminant analysis determined that the main differential components were chebulagic acid and chebulinic acid.Conclusion:The method established in this study is simple and accurate,which can provide an analytical method and reference for the quality control of Chebulae Fructus with different bases of the original.
