摘要
目的:研究宁夏枸杞Lycium barbarum L.根皮的化学成分。方法:利用大孔树脂对采自宁夏中宁县的宁夏枸杞根皮的水提取物进行前处理,利用其高效的吸附能力和反相洗脱体系富集化学成分;借助于硅胶柱层析、制备薄层层析和半制备高效液相色谱方法对组分进行系统的化学成分分离和纯化;利用核磁共振技术、质谱和紫外光谱等方法对单体化合物进行结构解析。结果:从宁夏枸杞根皮中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为:6-甲氧基-7-羟基香豆素(1)、豆蔻酸(2)、白桦脂醇(3)、27-Hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(4)、Morolic acid acetate(5)、环-(异亮-亮氨酸)二肽(6)、1-甲氧基肌醇(7)、反式香豆酸(8)、反式香豆酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、顺式对香豆酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)、阿魏酸-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)、山柰酚-3-O-[(6-阿魏酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷](12)、槲皮素-3-O-[(6-阿魏酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷](13)、山柰酚-3-O-[(6-咖啡酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷](14)。结论:其中,化合物2~14为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the root bark of Lycium barbarum.Methods:The water extract from the root bark of Lycium barbarum collected in Zhongning county,Ningxia was pre-treated with macroporous resin,its high efficiency adsorption capacity and reverse phase elution system were used to enrich the chemical components;The chemical components were systematically isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,thin layer chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography;NMR,MS and UV spectra were used to analyze the structures of the monomer compounds.Results:Fourteen compounds were obtained from the root bark of Lycium barbarum and identified as 6-methoxy-7-hydroxycoumarin(1),myristic acid(2),betulin(3),27-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(4),morolic acid acetate(5),cyclo(Ile-Leu)(6),1-O-methyl-chiro-inositol(7),trans-p-coumaric acid(8),trans-p-coumaric acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),cis-p-coumaric acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),(E)-ferulic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),kaempferol-3-O-[(6-O-E-feruloyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-galacopyranoside](12),quercetin-3-O-[(6-O-E-feruloyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside](13),kaempferol-3-O-[(6-O-E-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside](14),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 2 to 14 are isolated from Lycium barbarum for the first time.
