摘要
目的:研究犬问荆Equisetum palustre L.的化学成分。方法:采用柱色谱对犬问荆的80%乙醇提取物进行分离,利用波谱技术鉴定所得化合物结构。结果:从犬问荆中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:芫花素(1)、芹黄素(2)、木犀草素(3)、4-O-(p-coumaroyl)shikimic acid(4)、槲皮苷(5)、芫花素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、山柰酚-3,7-二-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、异槲皮苷(8)、维采宁-2(9)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-芸香糖-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)、木犀草苷(11)、芸香苷(12)、芹菜素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(13)。结论:其中,化合物1~6、8、9和11~13为首次从犬问荆中分离得到,化合物4、9、11和12为首次从木贼科植物中分离得到,化合物4为首次从该科中分离的莽草酸衍生物。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the acrial parts of Equisetum palustre.Methods:The 80%ethanol extract from the acrial parts of Equisetum palustre was isolated by column chromatography,the structures of obtained compounds were identified by spectroscopy technology.Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated from the acrial parts of Equisetum palustre and identified as genkwanin(1),apigenin(2),luteolin(3),4-O-(p-coumaroyl)shikimic acid(4),quercitrin(5),genkwanin-5-O-β-D-glucoside(6),kaempferol-3,7-di-O-β-D-glucoside(7),isoquercitrin(8),vicenin-2(9),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-rutinoside-7-O-β-D-glucoside(10),cynaroside(11),rutoside(12),apigenin-5-O-β-D-glucoside(13),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 6,8,9,11 to 13 are isolated from Equisetum palustre for the first time.Compounds 4,9,11,12 are isolated from the Equisetaceae plants for the first time.Compound 4 is a shikimic acid derivative isolated from Equisetaceae for the first time.
