摘要
目的:研究药用真菌阿里红Fomes officinal Ames.的化学成分。方法:采用多种色谱方法对阿里红95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,利用NMR、MS等波谱技术结合理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果:从阿里红中分离得到11个化合物,包括倍半萜类、二萜类等,分别鉴定为:落叶松脂酸(1)、去氢硫色多孔菌酸(2)、齿孔酸(3)、fomlactone A(4)、19-acetoxy-13S-hydroxylabda-8(17),14-diene(5)、双苯并吡喃(6)、乙酸落叶松脂酯(7)、fomefficinol A(8)、fomitopsin G(9)、fomlactone B(10)、3-keto-dehydrosulfurenic acid(11)。结论:其中,化合物5~7、9为首次从该真菌中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Medical Fungi Fomes officinalis.Methods:The 95%ethanol extract of Fomes officinalis was isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods,and their structures were identified by NMR,MS and other spectral techniques combined with physical and chemical properties.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated from Fomes officinalis,including sesquiterpenes and diterpenes,and identified as laricinolic acid(1),dehydrosulphurenic acid(2),eburicoic acid(3),fomlactone A(4),19-acetoxy-13S-hydroxylabda-8(17),14-diene(5),bisbenzopyran(6),lariciresinol acetate(7),fomefficinol A(8),fomitopsin G(9),fomlactone B(10),3-keto-dehydrosulfurenic acid(11),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 5 to 7,9 are isolated from Fomes officinalis for the first time.
