摘要
目的:研究浙江省天台山产乌药Lindera aggregata(Sims)Kosterm.块根的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20及RP-HPLC等多种色谱技术从乌药90%乙醇提取物中分离成分,并运用波谱分析方法(MS,1D、2D-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果:从乌药块根中分离得到2个苄基异喹啉类生物碱,分别鉴定为:1-(4′-对羟基苯甲酰基)-6-羟基-7-甲氧基-3,4-二氢异喹啉,命名为乌药碱A(1)和Argemexirine(2)。结论:化合物1为新化合物;化合物2为首次从樟科植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the root tuber of Lindera aggregata in Tiantai Mountain of Zhejiang province.Methods:The chemical constituents from the 90%ethanol extract of Lindera aggregata root tuber were isolated by column chromatographic methods,including silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and RP-HPLC.Their structures were identified by spectral analysis methods(MS,1 D-NMR and 2 D-NMR).Results:Two benzylisoquinoline alkaloids were isolated from the root tuber of Lindera aggregata,and identified as(6-hydroxy-7-methoxy-3,4-dihydroisoquinolin-1-yl)-(4-hydroxyphenyl)methanone,named as linderine A(1),argemexirine(2),respectively.Conclusion:Compound 1 is a new compound;compound 2 is isolated from Lauraceae for the first time.
