辐射诱变对阳春砂果实挥发性萜类成分合成的影响

摘要 目的:分析辐射诱变对阳春砂果实中挥发性萜类成分的影响,为阳春砂辐射诱变育种提供实验依据。方法:提取辐射诱变株系和对照株系果实鲜品中果皮和种子团的挥发性萜类成分,采用GC-MS法分析挥发性萜类成分的种类和含量。结果:辐射诱变可提高阳春砂种子团中α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、异松油烯、γ-萜品烯、β-石竹烯、檀香烯的含量,挥发性萜类总量及主要药效萜类含量无显著性变化。阳春砂辐射诱变株系果皮中α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、侧柏烯、桧烯、芳樟醇、β-石竹烯、牛儿烯的含量都有显著性提高,并检测到5种新的萜类化合物,单萜和倍半萜总量均有极显著性的提高。结论:辐射诱变影响阳春砂果实挥发性萜类的合成,提高了抗逆相关的挥发性萜类的含量。 Objective:To analyze the effect of radiation mutagenesis on the volatile terpenoids in the fruits of Amomum villosum,so as to provide experimental basis for the radiation mutation breeding of Amomum villosum.Methods:The volatile terpenoids in the pericarp and seed pellets from the fresh fruits of radiation mutagenic Amomum villosum and the control were extracted and detected by GC-MS.Results:The contents ofα-pinene,β-pinene,terpinolene,γ-terpinene,β-caryophyllene and santalene in Amomum villosum seeds had been significant increased by radiation mutagenesis,there was no significant changes in the total amount of volatile terpenoids and the content of main pharmacodynamic terpenoids.The contents ofα-pinene,β-pinene,3-thujene,sabinene,linalool,β-caryophyllene and bicyclogermacrene in pericarps of Amomum villosum radiation mutated strains had been significantly increased,and five new terpenoids were detected,the total amount of monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids increased significantly.Conclusion:The radiation mutation affects the synthesis of volatile terpenoids in the fruit of Amomum villosum and increases the contents of volatile terpenoids related to the stress resistance.
