摘要
目的:采用响应面法优化蜜远志的炮制工艺。方法:对炮制温度、炮制时间、炮制时加蜜量3个因素进行单因素试验考察,以蜜远志中细叶远志皂苷和远志[口山]酮Ⅲ含量为指标,采用响应面法,优化蜜远志的炮制工艺。结果:蜜远志最佳炮制工艺为炮制温度100℃,炮制时间3.3 min,炮制时加蜜量21%。结论:该研究确定了蜜远志的最佳炮制工艺,为蜜远志的临床使用和生产提供了实验依据,为蜜远志的质量控制提供参考。
Objective: To optimize the processing technology of honey-stir-baked Polygalae Radix by response surface method.Methods: A single factor experiment was carried out on three factors, including processing temperature, processing time and processing amount of honey.With tenuifolin and polygalaxanthoneⅢ contents in honey-stir-baked Polygalae Radix as indexes, the response surface method was used to optimize the processing technology of honey-stir-baked Polygalae Radix.Results: The optimum processing technology of honey-stir-baked Polygalae Radix was processing temperature of 100 ℃,processing time of 3.3 min and adding 21% honey during processing.Conclusion: This study results determine the best processing technology of honey-stir-baked Polygalae Radix, provide experimental basis for the clinical use and production of honey-stir-baked Polygalae Radix and provide reference for the quality control of honey-stir-baked Polygalae Radix.
