摘要
目的:研究轮叶蒲桃Syzygium grijsii(Hance)Merr.et Perry茎的化学成分。方法:综合运用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶、半制备等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化常数测定和波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从轮叶蒲桃茎中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:桦木酸(1)、ethyl 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzoate(2)、吲哚-3-甲酸甲酯(3)、表白桦脂酸(4)、豆甾-4-烯-6β-醇-3-酮(5)、2α,3β,23-三羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸基(6)、23-羟基乌苏酸(7)、常春藤皂苷元(8)、2α-羟基齐墩果酸(9)、2α-羟基白桦酸(10)、香草酸(11)、丁香酸(12)。结论:以上12个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the stems of Syzygium grijsii.Methods:Silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 dextran gel,semi-preparation and other methods were used for isolation and purification,the structures were identified according to the physical and chemical constants and spectral techniques.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated from the stems of Syzygium grijsii,and identified as betulinic acid(1),ethyl 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzoate(2),methyl indole-3-carboxylate(3),3-epi-betulinic acid(4),6β-hydroxystigmast-4-en-3-on(5),2α,3β,23-trihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid(6),23-hydroxyursolic acid(7),hederagenin(8),2α-hydroxy-oleanolic acid(9)2α-hydroxybetulinic acid(10),vanillic acid(11),syringic acid(12),respectively.Conclusion:All compounds are isolated from Syzygium grijsii for the first time.
