Chemical Constituents of Mongolian Medicine Usnea longissima(Ⅲ)

目的:研究蒙药长松萝的正丁醇萃取物化学成分。方法:应用多种色谱技术对长松萝进行分离纯化,并通过NMR等波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从长松萝乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部位分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:阿拉伯糖醇(Ⅰ)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(Ⅱ)、木犀草素-7-O-[α-L-木糖-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖](Ⅲ)、蔗糖(Ⅳ)、1-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖]-2,3,7-三甲氧基■酮(Ⅴ)、1-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖]-2,3,4,5,7-五甲氧基■酮(Ⅵ)、2,3,4,5-tetramethoxy-1-O-primeverosyloxyxanthone(Ⅶ)、2,3,5-trimethoxy-1-O-primeverosyloxyxanthone(Ⅷ)。结论:除化合物Ⅰ以外,其他化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of n-butanol extract of Mongolian medicine Usnea longissima.Methods:A variety of chromatographic techniques were used to isolate and purify Usnea longissima,and the structures of the compounds were identified by NMR.Results:Eight compounds were isolated from the n-butanol extract of the ethanol extract of Usnea longissima and identified as arabinitol(Ⅰ),dissobutyl phthalate(Ⅱ),luteolin-7-O-[α-L-xylose-(1→6)-β-D-glucoside](Ⅲ),sucrose(Ⅳ),2,3,7-trimethoxy-1-O-primeverosyloxyxanthone(Ⅴ),2,3,4,5,7-pentamethoxy-1-O-primeverosyloxyxanthone(Ⅵ),2,3,4,5-tetramethoxy-1-O-primeverosyloxyxanthone(Ⅶ),2,3,5-trimethoxy-1-O-primeverosyloxyxanthone(Ⅷ).Conclusion:Except compoundⅠ,other compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
