摘要
目的:对冬虫夏草内生真菌Fusarium proliferatum的次生代谢产物进行研究。方法:利用硅胶柱层析、制备高效液相柱色谱等手段分离化合物,根据波谱方法对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从冬虫夏草内生真菌Fusarium proliferatum的次生代谢产物中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为:(-)-4-hydroxysattabacin(1)、白僵菌素(2)、环-(D-脯氨酸-D-异亮氨酸)(3)、环-(L-脯氨酸-D-亮氨酸)(4)、环-(L-脯氨酸-L-苯丙氨酸)(5)、haematocin(6)、N-acetyltyramine(7)、尿嘧啶(8)、(2R,3S)-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)butane-2,3-diol(9)、环-(S-脯氨酸-R-缬氨酸)(10)、环-(L-丙-L-脯)二肽(11)、环-(L-脯-L-苯丙)二肽(12)、亚油酸(13)、对羟基苯甲醛(14)。结论:其中,化合物1、3~7、9~11均为首次从该真菌中分离得到。
Objective:To study the secondary metabolites of Fusarium proliferatum,an endophytic fungus from Cordyceps sinensis.Methods:The compounds were isolated by various chromatograph technology and their structures were identified on the basis of spectral evidences.Results:Fourteen compounds were isolated from the secondary metabolites of Fusarium proliferatum,an endophytic fungus from Cordyceps sinensis,and identified as(-)-4-hydroxysattabacin(1),beauvericin(2),cyclo-(D-Pro-D-IIe)(3),cyclo-(L-Pro-D-Leu)(4),cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Phe)(5),haematocin(6),N-acetyltyramine(7),uracil(8),(2R,3S)-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)butane-2,3-diol(9),cyclo-(S-Pro-R-Val)(10),cyclo-(L-Ala-L-Pro)dipeptide(11),cyclo-(L-Pro-L-Phe)dipeptide(12),linoleic acid(13),4-hydroxy benzaldehyde(14).Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1,3 to 7,9 to 11 are isolated from this fungus for the first time.
