基于指标成分与近红外光谱对不同贮藏期新品种当归的质量研究 被引量:5

Quality Study of New Varieties of Angelica sinensis in Different Storage Periods based on Index Components and Near-infrared Spectroscopy

摘要 目的:考察新品种当归贮藏后质量的稳定性及适宜贮藏期,为新品种当归的养护及贮藏提供理论依据,进一步为新品种当归的市场推广奠定基础。方法:选取当归新品种岷归1号、岷归2号、岷归4号和岷归5号,分别贮藏不同的时间(6、12、36个月)后,用HPLC测定4种指标成分(阿魏酸、洋川芎内酯H、洋川芎内酯I及藁本内酯),并结合新品种当归的近红外光谱对其进行比较研究。结果:新品种当归贮藏12个月后,阿魏酸及藁本内酯的含量无显著变化,而贮藏36个月后阿魏酸、藁本内酯的含量显著降低,其中阿魏酸的含量低于药典标准;洋川芎内酯H和洋川芎内酯I的含量呈随贮藏时间延长而增加的趋势。通过对新品种当归的近红外光谱建模,能很好地区分贮藏6、12、36个月的新品种当归药材。结论:选育的新品种当归贮藏期不能超过36个月。选育品种和贮藏期都能影响当归药材的质量,且贮藏期对其影响更显著。通过近红外光谱法可以直观、有效地对不同贮藏期的新品种当归药材进行定性鉴别。 Objective:To investigate the stability and suitable storage period of new varieties of Angelica sinensis,so as to provide the theoretical basis for the conservation and storage of the new varieties of Angelica sinensis and further lay the foundation for the market promotion of the new variety of Angelica sinensis.Methods:Four new varieties of Angelica sinensis(Mingui 1,Mingui 2,Mingui 4 and Mingui 5)were selected and stored for 6,12 and 36 months,respectively.Four index components(ferulic acid,senkyunolide H,senkyunolide I and ligustilide)in new varieties of Angelica sinensis were determined by HPLC,and the near-infrared spectroscopy of the new varieties of Angelica sinensis was used to make a comparative study.Results:After 12 months of storage of new varieties of Angelica sinensis,the contents of ferulic acid and ligustilide did not change significantly,while their contents decreased significantly after 36 months of storage,and the content of ferulic acid was lower than that of pharmacopoeia.The contents of senkyunolide H and senkyunolide I increased with the increase of storage time.The samples of new varieties of Angelica sinensis stored in 6,12 and 36 months could be distinguished by near-infrared spectroscopy modeling.Conclusion:The storage period of selected new varieties of Angelica sinensis should not exceed 36 months.Both breeding varieties and storage period can affect the quality of Angelica sinensis,and the effect of storage period is more significant.Near-infrared spectroscopy can be used to intuitively and effectively identify the new varieties of Angelica sinensis in different storage periods.
