摘要 目的:对沉香药材进行商品规格等级划分研究。方法:采用相关性分析、单因素二元logistic回归分析及K-均值聚类分析等方法进行分析,探讨各样品间萜类化合物理化反应鉴别、醇溶性浸出物含量(T)、GC-MS指纹图谱相似度、GC-MS指纹图谱表观丰度与GC-MS指纹图谱共有组分之间的内在联系。结果:醇溶性浸出物含量与γ-桉叶油醇、喇叭茶萜醇和马兜铃酮含量呈显著或极显著正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);可依据醇溶性浸出物含量将沉香药材分为3个等级(一等:T≥30.0%;二等:30.0%>T≥20.0%;三等:20.0%>T≥10.0%)。结论:醇溶性浸出物含量可作为沉香药材等级划分的指标,GC-MS指纹相似度可作为等级标准的辅助指标。 Objective:To study the classification of commercial specification of Aquilaria sinensis.Methods:Correlation analysis,univariate binary logistic regression analysis and K-mean clustering analysis were used to investigate the internal relationship between the physicochemical identification of terpenoids,alcohol soluble extract content,GC-MS fingerprint similarity,GC-MS fingerprint apparent abundance and the common components of GC-MS fingerprint of Aquilaria sinensis.Results:The content of alcohol soluble extraction was a significant or extremely significant positive correlation with the contents ofγ-eudesmol,ledol and aristolone(P<0.05 or P<0.01).According to the content of alcohol soluble extract,Aquilaria sinensis were divided into three grades(First class:T≥30.0%;Second class:30.0%>T≥20.0%;Third class:20.0%>T≥10.0%).Conclusion:The content of alcohol soluble extract can be used as an index for grading Aquilaria sinensis,and GC-MS fingerprint similarity can be used as an auxiliary index for grading standards.
