摘要
目的:研究黔产有柄石韦利尿通淋有效部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质、光谱数据结合参考文献鉴定化合物结构。结果:从黔产有柄石韦95%乙醇提取物的石油醚部位分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为:里白烯(1)、22-羟基何柏烷(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、(22E)-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(4)、坝巴酸(5)、环桉烯酮(6)、泽屋萜(7)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(8)、东北贯众醇(9)、hopan-28,22-olide(10)、齐墩果酸(11)、22,28-环氧何柏烷(12)、环何柏烯醇(13)、环桉烯醇(14)。结论:其中,化合物4、5、7、8、10为首次从石韦属植物中分离得到,化合物4、5、7~13为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物13是首次在该植物中发现的C-28与C-29相连而多一个环的何柏烷型三萜。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from promoting diuresis and relieving stranguria effective part of Pyrrosia petiolosa in Guizhou.Methods:Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by chromatography with silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization.The chemical structures were identified by physical and chemical properties,spectral data and references.Results:Fourteen compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether part of 95% ethanol extract of Pyrrosia petiolosa,and identified as diploptene(1),22-hydroxycyperane(2),β-sitosterol(3),(22E)-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(4),barbatinic acid(5),cycloeucalenone(6),zeorin(7),stigmast-4-en-3-one(8),dryocrassol(9),hopan-28,22-olide(10),oleanolic acid(11),22,28-epoxyhopane(12),cyclohopenol(13),cycloeucalenol(14),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 4,5,7,8,10 are isolated from Pyrrosia genus for the first time.Compounds 4,5,7 to 13 are isolated from this plant for first time.Compound 13 is a one more ring of the hobotane triterpenes which C-28 is attached to C-29 in the plant for the first time.
