摘要 目的:研究苗药芭蕉根的化学成分。方法:采用Sephadex LH-20柱层析、Toyopearl HW-40F、Toyopearl HW-40C柱层析、正相硅胶柱层析等分离手段对芭蕉根70%乙醇提取物进行分离和纯化,并运用现代波谱学技术和理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从芭蕉根70%乙醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:rel-(3S,4aS,10bR)-3-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)-8-hydroxy-9-methoxy-4a,5,6,10b-tetrahydro-3H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyran(1)、4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde(2)、trans-phydroxycinnamic acid ethyl ester(3)、dibutyl phthalate(4)、邻苯二甲酸-(2-乙基)己酯(5)、ethyl ferulate(6)、2-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)naphthalene-1,8-dicarboxylic anhydride(7)、香草酸(8)、leonuriside A(9)、腺苷(10)、uridine(11)、2-hydroxy-9-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1H-phenalen-1-one(12)、(1S,2R,3S)-(-)-2,3-dihydro-1,2,3-trihydroxy-4-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)phenalene(13)。结论:其中,化合物1~3、6、8~11为首次从芭蕉属植物中分离得到,化合物4、5、7、12、13为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Musa basjoo.Methods:The compounds from 70% ethanol extract of Miao medicine Musa basjoo were isolated and purified by Sephadex LH-20,Toyopearl HW-40 F,Toyopearl HW-40 C,silica gel and other methods.Their structures were identified by modern spectroscopy techniques and physicochemical properties.Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract of Musa basjoo and identified as rel-(3S,4 aS,10 bR)-3-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)-8-hydroxy-9-methoxy-4 a,5,6,10 b-tetrahydro-3 H-naphtho[2,1-b]pyran(1),4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde(2),trans-phydroxycinnamic acid ethyl ester(3),dibutyl phthalate(4),phthalate-(2-ethyl)hexyl ester(5),ethyl ferulate(6),2-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)naphthalene-1,8-dicarboxylic anhydride(7),vanillic acid(8),leonuriside A(9),adenosine(10),uridine(11),2-hydroxy-9-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1 H-phenalen-1-one(12),(1S,2R,3S)-(-)-2,3-dihydro-1,2,3-trihydroxy-4-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)phenalene(13),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 3,6,8 to 11 are isolated from Musa genus for the first time,compounds 4,5,7,12,13 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
