摘要
目的:基于网络药理学预测藏药五味甘露药浴颗粒治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的有效成分、潜在靶点及相关通路。方法:首先查阅、整理文献,及数据库筛选出五味甘露药浴颗粒中的有效化学成分,构建化合物-靶点网络。用MAS 3.0服务器获取潜在靶点和通路的相关信息,构建出靶点-通路网络。结果:通过文献查询及筛选获取了五味甘露药浴颗粒中的化学成分共99种,涉及到1 424个作用靶标,筛选后得到152个潜在靶点和71条信号通路。结论:五味甘露药浴颗粒通过参与调节免疫、炎症反应、细胞凋亡等过程来发挥抗类风湿性关节炎作用,在治疗RA中起到多成分、多靶点、多途径的协同调控作用。
Objective:To predict the effective components,potential targets and related pathways of Tibetan medicine Wuwei ganlu yaoyu granules on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)by network pharmacology.Methods:First,the effective chemical constituents in Wuwei ganlu yaoyu granules were screened out by consulting and sorting out literature and database,a compound-target network was constructed.MAS 3.0 server was used to obtain relevant information of potential targets and pathways,and target-path network was constructed.Results:A total of 99 chemical components in Wuwei ganlu yaoyu granules were obtained through literature search and screening,involving 1 424 target targets,152 potential targets and 71 signal pathways were obtained after screening.Conclusion:Wuwei ganlu yaoyu granules exerts anti-rheumatoid arthritis effect by participating in the regulation of immune,inflammatory reaction,apoptosis and other processes,and plays a synergistic regulation role in multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway in the treatment of RA.
