黔产钩毛茜草HPLC指纹图谱建立及化学模式识别研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立钩毛茜草HPLC指纹图谱,并进行化学模式识别。方法:采用Cortecs C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,2.7μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为254 nm;柱温为30℃,建立钩毛茜草HPLC指纹图谱,并进行相似度评价、聚类分析及主成分分析。结果:10批钩毛茜草样品HPLC指纹图谱中共有13个共有峰,除S5号样品外,其余样品相似度均在0.875以上。10批钩毛茜草样品分为2类。结论:该方法稳定、可靠、重复性好,可用于钩毛茜草的质量控制。 Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprints and chemical pattern recognition of Rubia oncotricha.Methods:Using Cortecs C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,2.7 μm)chromatographic column,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength was 254 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃.HPLC fingerprint was established and similarity evaluation,cluster analysis and principal component analysis were carried out.Results:There were a total of thirteen peaks in the HPLC fingerprint of ten batches of Rubia oncotricha,and the similarities of all the samples except S5 were more than 0.875.Ten batches of Rubia oncotricha were divided into two categories.Conclusion:The method is stable,reliable and repeatable,and can be used for the quality control of Rubia oncotricha.
