Chemical Constituents of Achyrocline satureioides(Ⅱ)

目的:研究巴西甘菊花Achyrocline satureioides(Lam.)DC的化学成分。方法:巴西甘菊花的乙酸乙酯提取物经多种色谱方法分离纯化,并通过波谱技术及理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果:从巴西甘菊花中分离得到20个化合物,分别鉴定为:5-羟基-3,7-二甲氧基黄酮(1)、邻苯二甲酸二正戊酯(2)、2-(1-氧戊基)-苯甲酸乙酯(3)、川芎内酯I(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、β-谷甾酮(6)、 3,5-二羟基-6,7,8-三甲氧基黄酮(7)、7,4′-二羟基-5-甲氧基二氢黄酮(8)、坡模酸(9)、1-(2-甲基丁酮)-3-异戊烯-间苯三酚(10)、熊果酸(11)、高良姜素-3-甲醚(12)、胡萝卜苷(13)、棕榈酸(14)、亚麻酸甲酯(15)、4′-羟基-5,6-脱氢醉椒素(16)、3,3′-二甲氧基槲皮素(17)、异鼠李素(18)、4′-羟基二氢黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(19)、3-O-甲氧基槲皮素-3′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(20)。结论:其中,化合物2、4、9、19、20为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2~4、8~11、16、19、20为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Achyrocline satureioides.Methods:The ethyl acetate extract from Achyrocline satureioides was isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods.The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral technique and physicochemical properties.Results:Twenty compounds were isolated from Achyrocline satureioides,and identified as 5-hydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyflavone(1),dipentyl phthalate(2),2-(1-oxopentyl)-benzoic acid ethyl ester(3),senkyunolide I(4),β-sitosterol(5),β-sitostenone(6),3,5-dihydroxy-6,7,8-trimethoxyflavone(7),7,4′-dihydroxy-5-methoxydihydroflavone(8),pomolic acid(9),1-(2-methylbutanone)-3-prenyl-phloroglucinol(10),ursolic acid(11),galangin-3-methylether(12),anthemisol(13),palmitic acid(14),methyl linolenate(15),4′-hydroxy-5,6-dehydrogenated capsaicin(16),3,3′-dimethoxy quercetin(17),isorhamnetin(18),4′-hydroxy dihydroflavone-7-O-β-D-glucoside(19),3-O-methoxy quercetin-3′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(20).Conclusion:Compounds 2,4,9,19,20 are isolated from the genus for the first time,compounds 2 to 4,8 to 11,16,19,20 are isolated from the plant for the first time.
