摘要
目的:研究纳西药棉毛橐吾全草的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、MCI-gel中压柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析及高效液相等多种色谱分离方法,对棉毛橐吾全草80%甲醇提取物中的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱数据对所得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从棉毛橐吾全草中共分离得到14个化合物,分别为:8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-12,8α-olide(1)、8β,10β-dihydroxyeremophilenolide(2)、6β,8β,9β-trihydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-(12,8α)-olide(3)、8β,10β-dihydroxy-6β-isobutyryloxyeremophil-7(11)-en-(12,8)-olide(4)、8β-hydroxy-6β-angeloyloxyeremophil-7(11)-en-8α,12-olide-15-oic acid(5)、eremophil-7(11),8(9)-dien-12,8(14β,6α)-diolide(6)、6α,15β-epoxy-8β-hydroxy-7(11)-8α,12-olide(7)、8α-hydroxy-eremophil-3,7(11)-dien-12,8β(14,6α)diolide(8)、3β-angeloyloxy-8β-methoxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(14β,6α)-diolide(9)、3β-angeloyloxy-8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(14β,6α)-diolide(10)、furanoeremophilan-14β,6α-olide(11)、3,6-dihydroxytremetone(12)、p-hydrocinnamic acid(13)、3,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid(14)。结论:以上14个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the herb of Naxi medicine Ligularia vellerea.Methods:The chemical constituents of 80%methanol extraction from the herb of Ligularia vellerea were isolated and purified by several column chromatographic techniques such as silica,MPLC-MCI-gel,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC,the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properites and NMR spectral data.Results:Fourteen compounds were isolated from the herb of Ligularia vellerea and identified as 8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-12,8α-olide(1),8β,10β-dihydroxyeremophilenolide(2),6β,8β,9β-trihydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-(12,8α)-olide(3),8β,10β-dihydroxy-6β-isobutyryloxyeremophil-7(11)-en-(12,8)-olide(4),8β-hydroxy-6β-angeloyloxyeremophil-7(11)-en-8α,12-olide-15-oic acid(5),eremophil-7(11),8(9)-dien-12,8(14β,6α)-diolide(6),6α,15β-epoxy-8β-hydroxy-7(11)-8α,12-olide(7),8α-hydroxy-eremophil-3,7(11)-dien-12,8β(14,6α)diolide(8),3β-angeloyloxy-8β-methoxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(14β,6α)-diolide(9),3β-angeloyloxy-8β-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-ene-12,8α(14β,6α)-diolide(10),furanoeremophilan-14β,6α-olide(11),3,6-dihydroxytremetone(12),p-hydrocinnamic acid(13),3,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid(14).Conclusion:Compounds 1 to 14 are isolated from the plant for the first time.
