摘要
目的:研究黄药大头茶茎的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、制备型高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化常数测定及波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从黄药大头茶茎中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:lupeportlandol(1)、甜叶悬钩子苷(2)、甜菊苷(3)、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基-6-O-紫丁香酰基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、莱苞迪苷F(5)、杜尔可苷B(6)、香橙素(7)、异牡荆黄素-2″-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从大头茶属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the stem of Gordonia chrysandra.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and PHPLC.Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spetrum analysis.Results:Eight compounds were isolated from the stem of Gordonia chrysandra and identified as lupeportlandol(1),rubusoside(2),stevioside(3),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-6-O-syringoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),rebaudioside F(5),dulcoside B(6),aromadendrin(7),isovitexin-2″-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8).Conclusion:All compounds are isolated from the Gordonia genus for the first time.
