摘要 目的:通过对粗叶悬钩子进行生药学研究,为粗叶悬钩子的开发利用、质量标准制定提供理论依据。方法:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别及分子鉴别的方法进行研究。结果:粗叶悬钩子根和茎粉末中存在成行排列的草酸钙簇晶;叶粉末中存在两种非腺毛,一种棒状腺毛;根和茎粉末存在具缘纹孔导管。选用内部转录间隔区(ITS)序列作为DNA条形码,可以将13种悬钩子属植物加以区分,ITS序列可作为粗叶悬钩子的DNA条形码。结论:本研究结果可为粗叶悬钩子的进一步开发利用提供参考依据。 Objective:To provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Rubus alceaefolius and the development of quality standards by pharmacognostic study.Methods:The methods of character identification,microscopic identification,thin layer chromatography identification and molecular identification were used to study.Results:The roots and stems powders of the Rubus alceaefolius had clusters of calcium oxalate arranged in rows.There were two non-glandular hairs and one kind of rod-shaped glandular hair in the leaves powder.Roots and stems powders had bordered pit vessel.Internal transcribed spacer(ITS)sequence was used as DNA barcodes to distinguish 13 species of Rubus genus plants.ITS sequence could be used as a DNA barcode for the Rubus alceaefolius.Conclusion:The study results can provide reference for the further development and utilization of Rubus alceaefolius.
