摘要 目的:对雪胆的内生真菌进行分离鉴定,为进一步研究雪胆内生真菌功能提供依据。方法:采用组织分离法从雪胆茎段、叶片和块茎中分离纯化内生真菌,利用形态学方法和分子鉴定对分离得到的内生真菌进行鉴定。结果:从雪胆茎、叶和块茎中共分离纯化了10株内生真菌,经初步鉴定,分别为2株Trichocladium brosimi,2株尖孢镰刀菌Fusarium oxysporum,1株九州镰刀菌Fusarium kyushuense,1株太瑞斯梭壳孢霉Thielavia terrestris,1株桔青霉Penicillium citrinum,1株Cladosporium parahalotolerans;1株团网菌属真菌,1株炭角菌属真菌。结论:本研究初步探究了雪胆的内生真菌,为进一步研究药用植物真菌资源提供了实验依据。 Objective:To isolate and identify the endophytic fungi from Hemsleya chinensis,in order to provide a basis for further study of endophytic fungi function.Methods:The endophytic fungi was isolated and purified from the stem,leaf and tuber of Hemsleya chinensis by tissue separation method.The isolated endophytic fungi was identified by morphological methods and molecular identification.Results:Ten strains of endophytic fungi from the stem,leaf and tuber of Hemsleya chinensis were isolated and purified,after preliminary identification,they were two strains of Trichocladium brosimi,two strains of Fusarium oxysporum,one strain of Fusarium kyushuense,one strain of Thielavia terrestris,one strain of Penicillium citrinum,one strain of Cladosporium parahalotolerans,one strain of fungus from Arcyria genus and one strain of fungus from Xylaria genus.Conclusion:This study initially explores the endophytic fungi of Hemsleya chinensis,which can provide the experimental basis for further research on medicinal plant fungal resources.
