摘要 目的:研究睡菜Menyanthes trifoliate L.全草的化学成分。方法:通过硅胶柱色谱、薄层色谱、AB-8大孔树脂柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱以及制备高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化。根据单体化合物的理化性质和波谱数据分析(MS、NMR等)鉴定化合物结构。结果:从睡菜全草95%乙醇提取物中共分离得到11个化合物。分别鉴定为:白桦脂酸(1)、齐墩果酸(2)、东莨菪苷(3)、braylin(4)、(7S,8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5)、(+)-dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)、epi-syringaresinol-4″-O-β-D-monoglucopyranoside(7)、芦丁(8)、槲皮素-3-O-芸香糖苷(9)、(6R,9R)-megastigman-4-en-9-ol-3-one-O-β-D-(6′-O-β-D-apiofurano-syl)glucopyranoside(10)、(E)-N-(4-methylbenzyl)-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-acrylamide(11)。结论:其中,化合物3~11为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from Menyanthes trifoliate.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by using positive phase silica gel column chromatography,thin-layer chromatography,AB-8 macroporous resin column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC.Their structures were identified by NMR,MS and physicochemical properties.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of Menyanthes trifoliate and identified as betulinic acid(1),oleanolic acid(2),scopolin(3),braylin(4),(7S,8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),(+)-dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),epi-syringaresinol-4″-O-β-D-monoglucopyranoside(7),rutin(8),quercetin-3-O-rutinoside(9),(6R,9R)-megastigman-4-en-9-ol-3-one-O-β-D-(6′-O-β-D-apiofurano-syl)glucopyranoside(10),(E)-N-(4-methylbenzyl)-3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-acrylamide(11).Conclusion:Compounds 3 to 11 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
