摘要
目的:研究滇山茶枝叶的化学成分。方法:采用聚酰胺、硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等方法分离纯化,并结合化合物的核磁共振、质谱数据及理化性质鉴定其结构。结果:从滇山茶枝叶75%的乙醇提取物中共分离得到了10个化合物,分别鉴定为:(-)-表儿茶素(1)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(2)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(3)、4-甲氧基-3,5-二羟基-苯甲酸(4)、2,5-二甲氧基-3-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖基肉桂醇(5)、undulatoside A(6)、linarionoside A(7)、myrciaphenone A(8)、tortoside A(9)和manglieside E(10)。结论:其中,化合物5、7~10为首次从山茶属植物中分离得到,化合物8对NO的生成有轻微抑制作用,化合物1~10对痤疮丙酸杆菌未表现出显著抑制活性。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from the twigs and leaves of Camellia reticulata.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by polyamide chromatography,silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20,et al.Their structures were identified by NMR,MS data and physicochemical properties.Results:Ten compounds were isolated from 75% ethanol extracts of the twigs and leaves of Camellia reticulata and identified as(-)-epicatechin(1),quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside(2),quercetin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(3),4-methoxy-3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid(4),2,5-dimethoxy-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl cinnamyl alcohol(5),undulatoside A(6),linarionoside A(7),myrciaphenone A(8),tortoside A(9),manglieside E(10).Conclusion:Compounds 5,7 to 10 are isolated from Camellia genus for the first time.Compound 8 shows a slight inhibitory effect on NO production,compounds 1 to 10 show no significant inhibitory activity against Propionibacterium acnes.
