摘要
目的:研究地黄连Munronia sinica Diels的化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱手段进行分离纯化,并通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从地黄连95%乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:munronin S(1)、munronoid D(2)、munronoid I(3)、trichilinin(4)、1,3-diacetylvilasinin(5)、mombasol(6)、tiliroside(7)、咖啡酸乙酯(8)、山柰酚(9)、丁香醛(10)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-芦丁糖苷(11)。结论:其中,化合物4、7、8、10、11为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1、2、5、6、9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from Munronia sinica.Methods:The chemical constituents of Munronia sinica were isolated and purified by different column chromatographic techniques.The structures of these compounds were identified by spectral techniques such as1H-NMR,13C-NMR.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of Munronia sinica.The compounds were identified as munronin S(1),munronoid D(2),munronoid I(3),trichilinin(4),1,3-diacetylvilasinin(5),mombasol(6),tiliroside(7),(E)-ethyl 3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-acrylate(8),kaempferol(9),syringic aldehyde(10),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-lutinoside(11).Conclusion:Compounds 4,7,8,10 and 11 are isolated from this genus for the first time,compounds 1,2,5,6 and 9 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
