清风藤属9种药用植物叶脉序研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立清风藤属9种药用植物叶脉序的鉴定方法,为清风藤属植物及其药材的鉴定提供新的思路和依据。方法:将9种清风藤属植物制成叶脉标本和透明叶标本,对其叶脉进行比较分析。结果:9种清风藤属植物叶脉序类型均为简单弓形羽状脉。叶脉序等级一般为四到五级,一级脉构架均为羽状脉;粗二级脉形成环状结构,且不达叶缘,夹角不一致或向基部渐减,内二级脉缺失,细二级脉简单弓形,间二级脉类型复杂多变且其频度在种间存在差异,近边缘处叶脉为边缘二级脉或缺失;三、四、五级脉不规则网状;游离端小脉表现为缺失、不分支、分支、二歧分支、不均等分支;叶缘末级脉缺失。结论:清风藤属9种药用植物叶脉序之间存在差异,可作为清风藤属植物及其药材的鉴别依据。 Objective:To establish a method for the identification of venation in nine medical plants from Sabia genus and to provide new ideas and basis for the identification of Sabia genus and its medicinal materials.Methods:The venation of nine species of Sabia were compared and analyzed by making specimens of venation and transparent leaf.Results:The types of venation were all simple arched pinnate veins.The rank of venation was generally four to five.The primary veins framework was all pinnate.The coarse secondary veins formed loops and didn′t reach the margin.The included angles were inconsistent or decreased towards the base.The internal secondary veins were absent,and the fine secondary veins were simply arched.The types of interspecific secondary veins were complex and varied and their frequencies were different among species.The leaf veins near the edge were marginal secondary veins or absent.The third,fourth and fifth grade veins were irregular network,freely ending veinlets were absent,unbranched,ramifying,branching equal and branching unequal.The marginal ultimate venation were absent.Conclusion:There are differences in the venation of nine medicinal plants of Sabia genus,which can be used as the identification basis for the plants and herbs of the Sabia genus.
