摘要 目的:对轮钟花药材进行生药学鉴别研究。方法:采用石蜡切片、粉末制片及薄层色谱等方法,对轮钟花药材进行生药学研究。结果:轮钟花根表面具有众多扭曲细纵皱纹,支根断落处有黑褐色胶状物,断面有裂隙或放射状纹理,皮层宽广,韧皮部狭窄,有乳管群散在,薄壁细胞含有类圆形的菊糖;茎呈类圆形,外皮有纵向凹沟及棱线,节间较长,节处常膨大,木栓层有石细胞散在,薄壁细胞含有少许菊糖,韧皮部有乳管群散在,髓部宽广,髓部中心部分萎缩或为空腔;完整叶展开后呈卵形或卵状披针形;不同批次的轮钟花在与对照品党参炔苷薄层色谱相同的位置均显示相同颜色的斑点。结论:性状、显微及薄层色谱法简便易行,准确可靠,可作为轮钟花药材真伪鉴定及其质量控制的理论依据。 Objective:To study the pharmacognosy identification methods of Cyclocodon lancifolia.Methods:The pharmacognosy of Cyclocodon lancifolia was studied by paraffinsection,powder production and TLC methods.Results:There were many twisted longitudinal wrinkles on the surface of the root.The break of the ramus had black and brown jelly with a fissure or radial texture at the cross section,the cortex was broad,the phloem was narrow,and the ducts were scattered,parenchyma cells contained round-like inulin.The stem was almost round with longitudinal grooves and edges on the outer skin,long internodes,often enlarged joints,and scattered stone cells in the cork layer.The parenchyma cells contained a little inulin,the phloem had scattered milk ducts,the pith was broad,and the central part of the pith was atrophic or hollow.The intact leaves were ovate or ovate-lanceolate when unfolded.Different batches of Cyclocodon lancifolia showed the same color spots in the same position with the TLC of lobetyolin.Conclusion:Properties,microscopy and TLC methods are simple,accurate and reliable.It can be used as the theoretical basis for the identification of true and false and quality control of Cyclocodon lancifolia.
