中医综合护理结合邵氏针灸组穴治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

Clinical Observation of Comprehensive Nursing of traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Points Combination of Shao’s Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察中医综合护理结合邵氏针灸组穴治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床效果。方法:86例随机分为研究组与对照组各43例,两组均在常规治疗基础上给予邵氏针灸组穴治疗,研究组加用中医综合护理。结果:总有效率及护理满意度率研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后正中神经和腓总神经的运动神经传导速度(MNCV)与感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)均有提高(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗结束后第3个月和6个月复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合护理联合邵氏针灸组穴治疗DPN效果显著,可改善临床症状及神经传导速度,提高患者生活质量,且患者护理满意度高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with points combination of Shao’s acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Method:86 cases were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were given points combination of Shao’s acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,and the research group were given comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in addition.Result:The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve increased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and that of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group at the time point of the 3 rd month after treatment and the 6 th month after treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine combined with points combination of Shao’s acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant effect in the treatment of DPN,which can improve the clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity,improve the patient’s quality of life,with high nursing satisfaction of the patients.
