梅花针放血治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

目的:观察梅花针放血治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法:62例分治疗组和对照组各31例。治疗组用梅花针放血治疗,对照组用毫针治疗,1天1次,共治疗7天。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分、睡眠率均明显改善,且治疗组改善好于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组96.7%,对照组83.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:梅花针放血治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of plum blossom acupuncture on postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Method:62 cases were divided into 2 groups,31 cases in treatment group and 31 cases in control group.The treatment group were treated with plum blossom needle bloodletting while the control group were treated with filiform needle,once a day,for 7 days.Result:After treatment,the VAS score and sleep rate of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 96.7%in the treatment group and 83.8%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plum blossom bloodletting is effective in treating postherpetic neuralgia.
