延安时期毛泽东倡导廉洁文化建设的伟大实践

Mao Zedong’s Practice in Promoting a Culture of Integrity during the Yan’an Period

清正廉洁是中国共产党的政治本色,也是党的建设伟大工程的重要内容。延安时期,以毛泽东为代表的中国共产党人大力倡导并积极践行廉洁文化,坚守纯洁本色、践行为民宗旨,厉行廉洁政治、打造廉洁政府,注重廉洁教育、涵养廉洁文化,建立廉洁制度、从严执纪执法,倡导躬身践行、发挥廉洁表率,把以延安为中心的陕甘宁边区政府打造为“只见公仆不见官”的“模范的根据地”,培育形成了党的光荣传统和优良作风。对于新时代加强廉洁文化建设,加强党的自我革命,有着重要的现实意义。

Integrity is the political nature of the Communist Party of China and an important part of the great project of Party building. During the Yan’an period, the Chinese Communists, with Mao Zedong as their chief representative, vigorously advocated and practiced the culture of integrity. Adhering to the pure nature of the Party and the Party’s fundamental purpose of wholeheartedly serving the people, they strived to practice and promote clean politics and a clean government, conducted integrity education to cultivate a culture of integrity, established and strictly enforced the discipline and regulations to uphold integrity. They acted on and set good examples of integrity. Their endeavors turned the government of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region based in Yan’an into a“model base area”where“there were no officials but public servants”, and cultivated and developed the glorious traditions and venerable conduct of the Party. The practice offers valuable experience for promoting a culture of integrity and strengthening the Party’s self-reform in the new era.
