党的十九届六中全会《决议》突出强调的"两个确立",具有深厚的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑。"两个确立"内涵丰富,贯穿着坚持党的领导的最高原则,蕴含着坚持追求真理的内在逻辑,体现着坚持正确道路的自觉自信,彰显着坚持人民至上的根本立场,凸显着推进党的建设的本质要求。拥护"两个确立"、做到"两个维护",要培育忠诚之"心"、始终表里如一,夯实理论之"基"、强化理论武装,淬炼思想之"魂"、坚守理想信念,磨砺担当之"志"、践行根本宗旨,永葆青春之"力"、勇于自我革命。

The“two establishments”(i.e.,the establishment of Comrade Xi Jinping’s core position on the CPC Central Committee and in the Party as a whole and the establishment of the guiding role of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era)highlighted in the Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century adopted at the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is of profound theoretical,historical and practical logic.It has rich implications,embodying the highest principle of upholding the overall Party leadership,the inherent logic of pursuing the truth of Marxism,the consciousness and confidence in pursuing the correct path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the Party’s defining stance of always putting people first,and the essential requirement for promoting the great project of Party building.To uphold the“two establishments”and ensure the“two upholds”(namely,to uphold the authority of the Central Committee and its centralized,unified leadership),it is imperative to cultivate a“heart”of loyalty,remaining faithful to the Party,consolidate the theoretical“foundation”,arming the Party with Marxist theories,temper the“soul”in mind,firming up ideals and conviction,enhance sense of responsibility,fulfilling its fundamental purpose,maintain the Party’s vigor and vitality,taking the courage to self-reform.
