党的七大实际做到“两个维护”的历史进程及其经验研究

On the Evolution and Experience of“Two Upholds”at the 7th National Congress

"两个维护"即维护党的领袖在党中央和全党的核心地位,维护党中央的权威和集中统一领导。中国共产党自成立到党的七大前,一直未能形成一代领袖在党中央和全党的核心地位及党中央的权威和集中统一领导。我们党的政治上成熟的第一代领导集体,"也就是毛刘周朱和任弼时同志","核心是毛主席"。这"是从遵义会议开始",到党的七大"逐步形成的"。党的七大第一次实际做到了"两个维护"。这一段历史进程初始于遵义会议,奠基于党的六届六中全会,基本定型于党的七大。

The"two upholds"refers to upholding the core position of the Party head on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole,and upholding the Party Central Committee’s authority and its centralized,unified leadership.Before the convene of the Party’s 7 th National Congress since its founding,the Communist Party of China had failed to achieve the"two uphold".The Party’s first generation of politically mature leadership includes"Comrades Mao Zedong,Liu Shaoqi,Zhou Enlai,Zhu De and Ren Bishi",with"Chairman Mao at its core",which was started"from the Zunyi Conference"and was"gradually shaped at the 7 th National Congress.Adopted at the Zunyi Conference for the first time at the Party’s 7 th National Congress,the principle of the"two upholds"was initiated at the Zunyi Conference,founded on the Sixth Plenary Session of the 6 th CPC Central Committee,and basically shaped at the 7 th CPC National Congress.
