革命文物保护与中华民族共有精神家园建设研究

Research on the Protection of Revolutionary Cultural Relics and the Construction of the Common Spiritual Home of the Chinese nation

革命文物承载着中国革命重要的历史信息,蕴含着丰富的民族精神。随着时代和社会的变迁,当前革命文物的保护面临着很多挑战,主要包括革命文物认定的时间不统一、馆藏革命文物的定级尚不规范、部分革命文物的存续状况不容乐观、对革命文物的合理利用亟待加强。新时代的革命文物保护与中华民族共有精神家园建设密不可分,革命文物见证了中华民族共有精神家园的发展历程,丰富了中华民族共有精神家园的内涵,延续了中华民族共有精神家园的经典表达。中华民族共有精神家园建设背景下的革命文物保护应贯彻法治原则、统筹规划原则、革命文物与红色非物质文化资源的协同保护原则、安全性原则和整体保护原则。在这些原则指导下,以服务于中华民族共有精神家园建设为目标,当前革命文物保护应重点聚焦夯实革命文物保护的基础性工作,完善革命文物保护工作机制,明确革命文物的认定标准,在开展革命文物普查的基础上进行分级保护,完善革命文物认定的程序,加强对革命文物的价值阐释,提升革命文物的合理利用水平等。

Revolutionary cultural relics indicate important historical information of the Chinese revolution as well as carry abundant national spirit.With the changes of time and society,the protection of revolutionary cultural relics face many challenges,which include inconsistency of judgement towards the time of revolutionary cultural relics,the lack of standardization for the grading of revolutionary cultural relics stored in museums,the unfavorable condition for the existence of some revolutionary cultural relics,and the lack of optimized rational use of revolutionary cultural relics.The protection of revolutionary cultural relics in the new era is closely related to the construction of the common spiritual home of the Chinese nation.The revolutionary cultural relics have witnessed the development process of the common spiritual home of the Chinese nation,enriched the connotation of the common spiritual home of the Chinese nation,and continued the classic expression of the common spiritual home of the Chinese nation.The protection of revolutionary cultural relics under the background of the construction of the common spiritual home of the Chinese nation should implement the principle of rule of law,the principle of overall planning,the principle of coordinated protection of revolutionary cultural relics and the revolutionary intangible cultural resources.Under the guidance of these principles,with the goal of serving the construction of the common spiritual home of the Chinese nation,the current protection of revolutionary cultural relics should focus on consolidating the basic work of the protection of revolutionary cultural relics,improving the working mechanism of the protection of revolutionary cultural relics,and clarifying the standards for the identification of revolutionary cultural relics.On the basis of conduting general survey of revolutionary cultural relics,we should carry out protection on different levels,and improve the procedure of identifying revolutionary cultural relics,strengthen the value interpretation of revolutionary cultural relics,and improve the rational utilization level of revolutionary cultural relics.
